HirePost offers two distinct product types — a SaaS software platform (monthly subscription) and expert consulting services (project-based). Cancellation and refund terms differ between the two. This policy covers both.
Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at time of cancellation.
You may cancel your HirePost subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no questions asked.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all platform features until then. For example, if you cancel on the 10th of the month and your billing period runs through the 28th, you have full access through the 28th.
When your subscription ends:
You may reactivate your account within the 30-day retention window by resubscribing. All your data will be restored. After 30 days, reactivation starts fresh with no historical data.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. This is standard practice for SaaS platforms.
Example: If you subscribe on the 1st, are billed $29, and cancel on the 15th, you owe nothing additional, but the $29 already paid is not refunded. You retain access through the end of the billing period (the 31st).
We will issue a full or prorated refund in the following situations:
Email admin@hire-post.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
Expert Services include recruiting packages ($299–$1,999), HR consulting, training development, and the dedicated recruiter retainer ($999/mo). These are project-based services with different cancellation and refund terms.

The dedicated recruiter retainer is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — the retainer is not refunded for unused days. We do not offer prorated refunds on the retainer.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of Expert Services delivered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@hire-post.com. We will work with you to address concerns — whether through revisions, partial credit, or another resolution. We don't leave clients hanging.
Cancelling HirePost is straightforward. No forms, no phone calls required — though we're happy to talk if you want to.
To cancel Expert Services mid-engagement, email admin@hire-post.com with subject "Cancel Expert Services — [Service Name]." Include your name and purchase email. We'll confirm the cancellation stage and applicable refund within 2 business days.
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks create significant friction for both parties. We resolve billing errors quickly — email admin@hire-post.com and we'll investigate within 1 business day.
We do not automatically issue refunds for brief outages. If you experienced an extended outage (72+ hours) that materially affected your use of the platform, contact us and we'll assess credit on a case-by-case basis.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., posting discriminatory job listings, fraud), no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
Free trials do not require cancellation — simply don't subscribe at the end of the trial period. Promotional or discounted pricing is subject to the same cancellation terms as standard pricing.
